Position Description


The Senior Talent Sourcer is responsible for utilizing creative sourcing methods to identify top-performing candidates through various channels. This position establishes and maintains strong partnerships with key candidates, our stellar Recruiters and at times our Hiring Teams to develop talent pipeline for current and future recruitment needs and develop effective attraction strategies that get even the most passive candidate to engage. With access to leading edge tools and resources, the Sr. Talent Sourcer relies on their strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively and efficiently communicate with all levels of the organization.

Specifically, this role...
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
Influences and participates with colleges and business schools to aid in sourcing efforts
Manages recruiting-specific projects
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Plans and executes employment brand activities and hiring events
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions
Provides excellent candidate care and client service
Provides recruiting and training and resources to hiring managers and Operations team
Sources, attracts and hires candidates for business critical eCommerce positions

Minimum Qualifications


Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience and four to eight years work experience
Ability to relate to and influence all levels in the organization
Effective application of cutting edge recruiting processes
Excellent Sourcing skills
Proven track of client relations

Additional Preferred Qualifications


Sourcing, cold calling, networking and passive candidate generation and development
