Develops tools and systems interfaces by certifying and validating mechanisms for field facing projects; facilitating build-out of metrics and reporting for projects; manipulating data for validation; measuring and reporting on metrics; creating multiple versions for deep-dive access for the business; developing tools that tell the story and drive business decisions; developing high-level views for senior leadership; and creating feedback loops from field project teams to enable correction of errors (COE's) and issue resolution.
Analyze business needs by developing metrics for all field and Home Office facing projects; validating data sources and data outputs; identifying potential changes in the business and initiatives; developing strategic planning models; partnering with business and project owners on decisions; responding to requests from the business (for example, business updates); utilizing multiple analytical methods to solve business issues; and proactively identifying new tools and technology for reporting.
Developing and adapting tools and interfaces to transition to business owners by incorporating direction from strategy and business owners to develop final product; transitioning fully-vetted products to the business; and developing self-service reporting tools for the business.
Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and ensuring diversity awareness.
