The Everyday Living team at Walmart.com is looking for a Senior Product Manager to define the vision, strategy and roadmap for our Baby and Pets verticals. Leveraging our physical store footprint, fulfilment capabilities and customer promise of everyday low prices, we want to build an exceptional, omni-channel offering that accompanies their journey through parenthood, whilst saving them time and money.

This is a phenomenal opportunity to define the end-to-end customer experience from awareness and consideration, through inspiration and evaluation, to purchase and fulfillment. We are looking for an innovator with strong business and technical acumen, exceptional communication skills, a proven ability to influence and productively collaborate with partners across business, product, design and engineering.

What you'll do:

•Partner with our Retail and Stores teams to develop and champion an omni-channel product vision, strategy, and roadmap that drives customer acquisition, conversion and repeat purchases.
•Collaborate with analytics and research teams to qualitatively and quantitively validate our direction and measure our performance in this space.
•Execute with precision and speed, work across multiple product teams, and deeply partner with design and engineering to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field and 5 years experience in product management, business consulting, or related field .

    •Proven track record designing and delivering customer experiences that create customer and business value, working collaboratively with design and engineering.

    Additional Preferred Qualifications


    •MBA or other advanced degree.
    •Experience in eCommerce and Retail sectors.
