Position Description


Responsibilities
•Create & maintain technical specifications (analytics tags) to capture customer data across various WMT websites
•Define success criteria & propose data capture requirements for new product launches by collaborating with product and analytics partners
•Build capability to set & enforce standards for large scale data capture
•Guide engineering teams on implementation of analytics requirements
•Provides analytical support Customer Experience to Product Managers
•Creates effective reporting and dashboards
•Ensures accuracy of data capture strategy
•Provides and supports the implementation of product solutions
•Provides data driven insights and delivers recommendations that address opportunities for product improvements

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field and 5 years experience in product management, business consulting, or related field .

    Additional Preferred Qualifications


    •prior experience working on analytics tagging (client/server side) or clickstream data.
    •7+ years working in analytics domain.
    •MBA/MIS from top tier college.
    •experience in eCommerce
    •comfortable working with JSONs
    •excellent communication skills, ability to multitask and manage expectations with multiple analytics partners
