Position Description


Provides legal advice and counsel to the company by, providing clients with an informed understanding of legal rights, obligations, and risks to allow
the client to make informed decisions; examining the client's legal affairs, developing business strategies, and reporting as required; assisting clients
in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations; and developing and delivering training (for example, employment, antitrust);
providing counsel regarding legal compliance costs for business initiatives.
Provides legal support for projects involving legal risk by, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (for example, clients, departments,
outside counsel); drafting, editing, and reviewing legal documents, notices, and announcements; assisting in negotiations; assisting in developing
standards and forms; counseling clients regarding the implications of alternate legal and business strategies; and assisting in formulating strategy for
implementation of business initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications


Law degree from an accredited law school.
License to practice law in at least one state.
