Position Description

As a Product Manager on the CBT team, you will

· Be a true Product Owner – you will have ownership and accountability for your area and be a key part of the destiny of the CBT platform
· Be the champion of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product area
· Drive the definition of product requirements, on-going prioritization, and trade-off discussions
· Work both tactically and strategically on a daily basis to deliver many features at a fast pace
· Drive the execution of multiple business priorities
· Join an incredible team doing exciting work in fast-paced agile environment

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, operations research, engineering or related field. 5+ years of Product Management experience
Experience driving product vision and roadmaps with a track record of leading teams to deploy innovative solutions
Demonstrated understanding of inventory planning and supply chain concepts in a retail environment
Attitude to thrive in a fun, fast-paced start-up like environment

Position Summary

The cross-border team is on a mission to build a seamless experience for our customers both sellers and buyers across the world to transact on any of our global sites. We are building enterprise level capabilities to ensure cross listings of the inventory and platform for users to receive product from anywhere in the world. As a Product Owner, you will spear head the platform strategy around 6 key pillars of order life cycle, starting from onboarding sellers to eventually sell the item. This will impact millions of customers across the globe and will change their everyday lives. You will have the unique challenge of delivering innovation at scale while balancing operational efficiencies to create experiences that span the digital and physical worlds. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Operations and others to define and execute your roadmap while maintaining agility and speed of delivery.

You will be a part of the Walmart International cross border team, whose charter is to build an innovative platform to enable cross market selling and deliver great customer experience. Given the enormous size of the CBT market, this is once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be part of a fast paced, innovative team that is growing quickly and building something from grounds up.
