Position Description


• Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Program or Project Management and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
• Interacts with key Business Stakeholders, Engineering/Product Leaders, and Executive sponsors
• Develops Project Management best practices
• Builds roadmaps and leads the development of complex eCommerce projects and programs
• Manages geographically distributed teams, off-shore development teams and third-party vendors
• Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions

Minimum Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field and 3 years experience in project management, office management, or related field OR 5 years’ experience in project management, office management, or related field
• Ability to manage complex projects in an agile environment
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to constantly move or push towards a goal
• Comfortable in a fast paced, growing environment
• Comfortable with ambiguity
Comfortable presenting to and persuading at the Director and Vice Presidential level

Additional Preferred Qualifications


• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
