About the Job
Directs the execution of e-commerce supply chain strategies across global markets by evaluating existing capabilities and determining strategic gaps; ensuring in-market supply chain processes align with customer promise and overall strategy; identifying opportunities to drive leverage of cost while increasing service quality; advising in-country teams on strategy implementation and process optimization changes; and providing guidance to in-country teams in the execution of supply chain processes.
Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.
Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent.

Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Transportation.
7 years’ experience in supply chain operations.
7 years’ experience leading cross-functional and/or international teams.
5 years’ experience in eCommerce logistics, last mile delivery, direct-to-customer fulfillment, or related field.
5 years’ advising and influencing cross-functional partners.
5 years’ experience in data, resource, and financial modeling.

Leads international supply chain e-commerce optimization by utilizing expertise to determine supply chain processes; analyzing industry and market information to develop pricing strategies and cost-benefit analyses; reviewing operational controls and procedures are in place to optimize resources; developing competitive financial options for the markets to provide low cost fulfillment solutions; and providing direction and guidance to the markets to enable delivery of customer experience and operational improvements.
