Position Description


• Partners to develop and implement the Human Resource(HR) strategy to attract, grow and develop a best in class Tech and Product/UX ecosystem of talent
• Defines and implements the eCommerce business area talent management strategy to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
• Takes a lead role in scaling a global best in class Tech and Product/UX ecosystem of talent to achieve our business goals
• Assess business strategies and initiatives and their HR implications; provide advice to the management team
• Provide HR guidance and support to our California associates across a breadth of areas including talent management, employee development, performance management, change management and employee relations
• Apply a product mindset and workflow to manage the successful and consistent implementation of HR strategies, programs and initiatives
• Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning discussions and work with the business to ensure plans are actively put into practice
• Develop and implement people solutions to make teams more effective
• Work with leaders to create positive, safe and productive work environments
• Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
• Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
• Partners with our HR Centers of Excellence to execute annual employee lifecycle programs and policies for our business area

Minimum Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and 5 years experience in human resources or related field OR 8 years experience in human resources or related field.

Additional Preferred Qualifications


Human Resources Certification (for example, PHR, SPHR, GPHR)
Passion for and demonstration of data-driven problem-solving and solutions
Coaching Certification (for example, Coaches Training Institute)
