  • Responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone contacts
  • Expected to contribute to the awesome team environment so your peers and you are motivated to perform at the highest potential.
  • Required to speak to and communicate with our Walmart Customers to resolve customer service questions and concerns.
  • Maintain reasonable, consistent, and predictable attendance.
  • Shifts starting between 6:00 am and 1:30 pm seven days a week with varying days off
  • Available for a four-week mandatory training from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday – Friday.

  • You have excellent spoken and written English AND great listening skills.
  • You are comfortable navigating multiple systems and getting up to speed very quickly with all of the Walmart online tools.
  • You are available to work with limited to no PTO from September to December or early January.
